What we do
We build flatwork: the concrete you walk and drive on around a home or small business. That includes new driveways and replacements, patios in standard, colored, stamped or paver finishes, walkways, sidewalks and steps, stamped and decorative concrete, and commercial slabs, foundations and pads. We do not install asphalt.
How we work
Every project follows the same order, which we describe in detail in our concrete project process guide: a free on-site estimate, a written scope, a permit and utility check, excavation and a compacted rock base, forms and reinforcement, a pour and finish, control joints and cure protection, and a final walkthrough. We explain the choices that decide how long concrete lasts (base, thickness, reinforcement, joints and drainage) in plain language, and we would rather lose a bid on a transparent scope than win one that cannot be built properly in Clackamas County soils and rain.
